Na Aurora de hoje, achei as seguintes palavras, em uma fala de Mr. Baldwin no Congresso, – são notáveis porque mostram um facto de que eu não tinha notícia e que confere com o que eu tenho ouvido sobre o desgosto que causou a instituição do Cincinatus: – “there was no doubt... that it shewed itself before the disbanding of the american army, in the attepts which have beeb well known which were made to present their disbandig, and to go and demand their pay with their arms in their handes...”
